Payment Authorization · Version 2026-10-08.1 Company: your company I am authorized to use this card for your company. I agree to have it saved by Stripe and authorize Aqua Backflow, Inc. to automatically charge company filing fees under the Payment Authorization. Your card is saved with Stripe. Aqua Backflow, Inc. does not store your full card number or security code. Automatic payments are required to submit work with filing fees. Your company’s fees, including your team’s submissions, are combined and charged daily in US dollars. Each fee is shown before submission. Stopping automatic payments blocks new submissions with filing fees. This permission covers filing fees for submissions made for the company by its team or authorized representatives through TrackMyUtilities. It continues until stopped or replaced. Amounts vary with the number and price of submissions. The billing day ends at 06:00 UTC; eligible unpaid fees are grouped for the daily collection after that cutoff. Billing shows the next collection time in your local time zone. No payment is collected when no fees are due. Only the selected, authorized card is used for automatic payments. Other saved cards are not automatic backups. Failed payments leave the fees due and can pause new work. Saving or changing a card does not pay an outstanding balance. A payment already sent for processing may still complete. A company administrator can stop automatic payments or remove a saved card in Billing. An authorized payer can also contact us to withdraw permission. After withdrawal, we stop initiating automatic payments and retries. Existing fees remain due. Paying a balance once does not restart automatic payments or restore access to new fee-bearing submissions. Filing fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. Contact us about an incorrect or unauthorized charge. Stopping automatic payments does not cancel fees already incurred or reverse completed payments. Nothing in this authorization limits rights provided by law. We provide the accepted authorization in Billing and email a copy to the accepting payer. Removing a card does not erase invoices or authorization records retained for recordkeeping, disputes, or legal obligations. Payments may appear as TRACKMYFOG.COM on your statement.
